Confirmation:
In order to confirm your reservation a 30 % deposit of the total cost is required. If you wish to proceed, we will send you a credit card authorization form to fill in and sign or the details of the hotel’s bank account.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation till 30 days before the arrival date is free of charge. By the national law any cancellation made within 29 – 7 days prior the arrival, results 50% of the total amount. In case of cancelation in 7 days or less before the arrival or not cancelled or non show reservations will lead to 100% charge of the total cost. The hotel can check the validity of the card or preauthorize anytime as guarantee. Payment can be decided on spot cash or card.
